Immediately following Miaka's escape from the ice (which was done to prove her worth to the Seishi of Genbu), Tamahome grabs Miaka from behind in relief. There is a slight delayed reaction following which Miaka asks Tamahome where his hands are; Tamahome's hands are on Miaka's breasts--Miaka then punches Tamahome off into the background.
